Cancellation Policy
The Sacred Assembly 2025 Vendor Policy 1. Vendor Registration 1.1. Vendors must complete and submit the official TSA25 vendor application form via the designated website: www.TheSacredAssembly2025.com. 1.2. All applications must be accompanied by the required registration fee. Payment details will be provided during the application process. 1.3. Registration is considered final upon receipt of payment and approval of the application. 1.4. Registration fees are non-refundable unless TSA25 cancels the event. 2. Vendor Selection and Approval 2.1. Vendor spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. 2.2. TSA25 reserves the right to select vendors that align with the event's mission, vision, and audience needs. 2.3. Vendors promoting inappropriate, offensive, or non-aligned materials, as determined by TSA25, will not be approved. 3. Booth Setup and Operations 3.1. Vendors are responsible for the setup, operation, and breakdown of their booths. 3.2. Booth setup times will be provided upon registration approval and must be adhered to strictly. 3.3. All booths must be professional, neat, and safe for attendees. 3.4. Vendors must remain at their booths during all vendor marketplace hours. 4. Vendor Conduct 4.1. Vendors must conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times. 4.2. No disruptive, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior toward attendees, staff, or other vendors will be tolerated. 5. Merchandise and Sales 5.1. Vendors are solely responsible for the pricing, display, and sale of their merchandise. 5.2. TSA25 does not guarantee sales or attendee engagement at vendor booths. 5.3. All transactions are the responsibility of the vendor, including collecting and reporting applicable taxes. 5.4. No illegal, counterfeit, or inappropriate merchandise may be sold or displayed. 6. Liability and Insurance 6.1. TSA25 is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vendor property. 6.2. Vendors are encouraged to obtain their own liability insurance to cover potential risks. 7. Cancellation Policy 7.1. Vendors who wish to cancel must provide written notice to TSA25 no later than 14 days prior to the event. 7.2. Registration fees are non-refundable.
